    As someone who has seen at least the development of the modern Internet – I had full access since 1995 – I have to say that find it amazing what is possible these days that couldn’t be done 20 years ago. CafePress is just one – old – example. The fact that you can now buy pretty much everything from all over the world, is another facet. Lulu is a really modern cool example. Had Lulu.com existed way back in my RPG days, I would have used it for a lot of things. Why hand your players stapled campaign notes, if you can POD them a booklet?
